Our Feast of the Seven Fishes was held on Saturday, December 3, 2016, 7:00 pm at St. Padre Pio’s Rosary Hall, Dante & Cornucopia Ave in Vineland, NJ.
We have been celebrating the Feast of the Seven Fishes for 25 years, under the Sicilian American Club and now as the Italian Cultural Foundation. The Feast of Seven Fishes is a traditional Italian-American Christmas Eve dinner. It is a meal without meat following the Catholic tradition of not eating meat on certain holidays. The seven may stand for the seven sacraments, 7 days of creation or that 7 is the number of completion. Christmas is a special time for family and friends to celebrate.
Proceeds from this event help us with our scholarship fund.
